- Attendance is compulsory on the opening day after each vacation / new terms.
- The school diary & I Card should be carried everyday.
- Class time-table should be followed strictly.
- All information asked for in the School Diary, should be filled in the very first week itself of the re-opening of the school.
- A Permission card will be issued to the parents of all the students. The parents should carry the permission card along with them when they have to enter the school premises.
- Students should regular in attendance and punctual coming to school and those coming late regularly will invite disciplinary action. Students should be in school at least ten minutes before class. Students are liable to be sent home for coming late to school On the 3rd time in a month. A minimum of 75% attendance of the total working days in each terms separately is mandatory for promotion.
- It is compulsory for students to speak in ENGLISH in the school premises.
- Students should be obedient and respectful towards their teachers. They should be polite and courteous in speech and conduct.
- All damages to school property especially the school furniture must be remedied by the offender. Care must be taken of all school property. No student should scratch or spoil the desks or any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or in any way damage school property. Damage done, even accidental whether in the laboratory or in the library should be reported and damage accountable for.
- Utmost care should be taken to keep the school premises and the class room clean.
- No student should leave the school premises for any reason without the permission of the Principal.
- The parents of a student who needs exemption from physical training or games must produce a Doctor’s Certificate and written request to the Principal.
- Each student must look after his/her personal belongings with great care. The school does not accept any responsibility for the loss of any articles.
- Students should not bring money or other valuable articles with them. Lost property must be carried from the school office within 8 days.
- No collection in case or kind for any purpose whatsoever should be made.
- Parents coming to collect their wards must come at least five minutes early. School will not be responsible for any student after school hours.
- No parent will be allowed to meet their ward or the teacher without written permission from the school authority.
- The child must know his/her contact number and address.
- The management reserves the right to suitably amend the School’s rules & regulation from time to time.
- Student should bring School Dairy & Note Book during library period.
- It provides encyclopedias, fiction, general knowledge books, magazines and other study materials.
- Books from the Library will be issued during the specific time for the use of the borrower only.
- The borrower is responsible for any damage or loss to the book while in his/her charge in such a case he/she will have to replace the same.
- Fiction I Reference book I Study materials is issued for a week only. If the books are not returned by the due date the Library Card will be suspended for the corresponding number of ‘late return days.
- Bags / files must be left outside the Library.
- Eating, drinking or talking is not permitted.
- The librarian may confiscate / cancel the library Card Of students who do not abide by the library rules.
- Students are requested to consult the librarian for books recommended for their specific age group.
- Parents of bonafied are automatically members of the school Library. There is no students deposit fee.
STUDENTS MUST BE IN COMPLETE SCHOOL UNIFORM WHENEVER THEY ENTER SCHOOL OR ATTEND ANY SCHOOL COMPETITION / EVENT I EXAM.
*P. E. uniform Pre-Primary Section: P. E. uniform should be worn on every WEDNESDAY Primary Section & Secondary Section : P. E. uniform should be worn on every TUESDAY & THURSDAY
- During the monsoons: Black rainy shoes or Black sandals all whether shoes.
- During the winters days, only royal blue sweater will be allowed.
- The Students should wear clean, well ironed and proper uniform to school.
- Hair styles must be simple for the girls as befitting the school. Hair reaching the shoulders must be braided, Colouring of hair is not permitted.
- Boys found with inappropriate hair style will mean indiscipline.
- Students of Pre-Primary & Primary Section can come in coloured clothes only on their Birthdays. They should not carry gifts or chocolates for anyone.
- Finger nails must be cut short and kept clean. No nail polish-application of Mehendi only on sock) cultural occasions with prior permission of the Class Teacher.
- Makeup, long earnings, bangles, chains and others jewelry must not be worn to school.
- Failure to comply with the rules will result in strict actions being taken against the students.
- Students are expected to return to school after the holiday on the re-opening day itself.
- The students should not attend the school with a contagious. The Principal/H.M. has to be informed for the same with written application & Dr.’s Certificate. The student must be kept away from school until the risk of spreading infection is over.
- After returning from contagious disease, the student must produce a fitness certificate from a Registered Medical Practioner (RMP).
- Absence less than 3 days: Calender absence record should be duly filled & sent to the class teacher. Absence more than 3 days: A written application is required (in case of sickness – Doctor’s certificate is required).
- Half day leave will not be allowed.
- Attendance at official school functions like Sports Day, Annual Day, Independence Day and Republic Day is compulsory.
- The School Leaving Certificate will be issued only after the Parent / Guardian applies for the same on the prescribed form available in the school.
- A month’s notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a student; else the fees will be charged.
- No Leaving certificate will be issued if fees are unpaid.
- Student will be evaluated for the existing subjects in each terms. Attendance to which is compulsory.
- Any change in the exam pattern will be duly informed to the parents periodically.
- The need of Remedial teaching if arises for a particular student, then he/she has to attend the school till 25th April onwards.
